Welcome to Active First Aid
Active First Aid Training is one of the UK’s leading providers of Rescue Emergency Care (REC) outdoor first aid courses, and also provides a range of other more urban and work based courses.
Courses are ‘open’ in which individuals from all over the country can book themselves onto a course on their own, or alternatively courses can be ‘closed’ and delivered at the clients own venue, whether a club, outdoor education centre, place of work or a school for example Duke of Edinburgh groups.
Based in the Mountains of Snowdonia Active First Aid Training is run by Katherine Wills a qualified teacher and herself a practicing first aider with over thirty years experience and a member of the Llanberis Mountain Rescue Team - one of the busiest Mountain Rescue teams in the UK. Katherine will handle all enquiries and bookings and is always available to answer any questions you may have.
The ‘open’ courses are run in North Wales at The Deilen Las Center in the grounds of the 19th Century Craflwyn Hall near Beddgelert (see venue page). A list of quality, reasonably priced accommodation local to the venue is available on request. Courses include:
